I have to keep this short tonight, even though today has been a totally fun and a wonderful day, because it's actually raining big time! We've been having super, heavy thunderstorms here— since 5:00, when sweet Blayre, the super Girl Scout, that I have so admiration for, delivered another ton of her delicious, homemade dog treats, for our dogs. "Thank you, Blayre—we love YOU!"
Tony and I have almost everything unplugged right now, except for the wi-fi, so I could quickly post this. It is 59 degrees outside, the beautiful rain is pouring and the sky's light-show is awesome, but a little bit scary to me, since lightning freaks me out. I am listening to Neil Young sing my favorite song, Harvest Moon and I have my little, white Christmas lights plugged in and they are twinkling inside The Cabin, as I finish writing this. It finally feels like Fall, so as far as I am concerned—Summer is now officially over at last! Yeah!
Y'all have a great evening!
