You're right, I really loved this very touching video (even if it did make me cry...).
I enjoy perusing your blogs so much from way out here in Nevada! I was already totally enamored with Kinky, and now you can count me in as a new regular reader of your new blog posts every day. I can so relate with many of the things you write about. Reading about your experiences sure makes me want to move back to Texas though - really bad!. There's so much that I miss that you just can’t find anywhere else in the world. And how rewarding must your work with the animals be….my hat’s off to you and your staff there.

Just wanted to let you know that they aired "The Memory of a Lion" on the TODAY show this morning. It showed the video from the 70's and then had a real time interview with the two guys who were in it with the lion. I'm so glad you posted it, otherwise I might not have ever seen it or known about it. It still gets me every time I watch it... Judy
