Tonight I apologize for not posting a blog about today's happenings at the rescue ranch, because I had to finish reading The Art Of Racing In The Rain by Garth Stein, because I could not put it down. And now I am speechless, because I can't quit thinking about it. I truly love this book with all of my heart and I wish that I was as great a writer as Garth. I loved his message and what it says about dogs, because he knows the truth. May the dog of your choice bless you tonight!
Tonight Tony and I send our love and sympathies to our dear friends Lynda & Fourth, who yesterday lost their beloved fifteen year old dog, Toby. Rest in peace, Toby—you were one of the lucky ones and so were they.
