Happy Labor Day to all even if you don't work or you have never worked or you've never given birth to a baby, because I fit in two of these categories.
Yes, there have been a few times in my life, over a hundred years ago, where I did not have an official job and I guess that my job title would have been housewife or stay at home mom.
I was a mom but not to children, but I was a mom to all kinds of animals—including a baby elephant, baby monkeys, baby orangutan, little lambs, piglets, fawns, wallabies, kids (goats), opossums, ostriches, birds, etc. And those were the days (in high school) when I got to work at the Fort Worth Children's Zoo.
And of course I've never given birth to anything, including babies, because at an early age when I discovered that giving birth to a baby hurt. I vowed and made a promise to myself that I would never have children and I've kept that promise and never broken it.
Before I finish writing this tonight I want you to know that yesterday after doing my first yoga lesson I was totally inspired about doing yoga, until I woke up this morning and crawled out of bed. Omg, my body was aching big-time, because I've been pretty much out of shape.
But the good news is that I do love yoga and I love Peggy Cappy's fabulous yoga DVDs. And even though I did not do yoga today, so my out of shape body could rest, I do plan to keep on "practicing" yoga on a regular basis—no matter how sore I am. And I am hoping that Tony will start doing it with me.
Y'all have a great evening and keep on laughing
