Two Doggie Doors!

Today has been great. This morning around 11:45—Daisy got adopted! Yes, our sweet, nine-year-old Beagle mix finally found her loving forever home and she's going to love it.

Daisy is going to live on a big ranch, mainly inside Diana's & Barry's home and if she and their other older Beagle mix want to go outside—they have two doggie doors to chose from. Seriously, she's got it made, in the shade and Kinky, Tony and I are more than thrilled about it, because Diana and her husband are great people and big time dog lovers.

Here's Daisy posing, for me, with her new, super nice family, just before she got into their Suburban's back seat with Diana, and they took off to go to her fabulous forever home. "We love you, Daisy!"

Y'all have a great evening!

Daisy reminds me of our much-loved Utopia adoptee Ladybird (only much thinner, natch - but then what dog isn't? ;) ).

You know I have a soft spot for the older ones - they are true gems if only more people would give them the chance to prove it!

Our oldest here is now about 12yo and she's been a favored therapy dog in Kerrville for years and years!

Congratulations to Daisy's new family - they'll not regret having chosen her!

Hi Mari. Daisy reminds me of Ladybird, too. Older dogs are so great and more people should adopt them, because they are so much easier than puppies. Thanks for the comment.

We love it too, Anon! Just think about how happy Daisy and old Bee are—sleeping inside a great loving home tonight. This is what it's all about—love. Thank you for commenting. Dogs Rule, Especially Old Dogs!
