Bonefit, Bonefit—Up In Austin!

This afternoon, I received a very exciting phone call—from our friend, Kim G., who we have now nicknamed, ‘ Super Woman,’ because she is the one who donated the agility equipment to us—a few months back! Today, she called to tell me that the Benefit for us, on June 6th, at 8:30 pm, at the Ruta Maya Coffee House and Organic Coffee Importing, up in Austin, featuring our good friend—the one and truly great—Joe King Carrasco—is going though the roof! The tickets are selling like hot cakes, and the donations being made for the silent auction—are more than awesome! In fact, I got goosebumps when she told me about some of the items that will be auctioned off that night!

Kim asked me if we were going to be able to make the show, and I told her that we would most definitely try to make it, because Tony and I want to be there to give her and Joe King Carrasco great big bear hugs—for helping us out!

I hope that all of y’all can make this benefit show, and I can already guarantee you, right now—it’s going to be one of our best Bonefits, yet! I can’t wait to go!

For more information about this Bonefit, check out: www.myspace.com/utopiabenefitjoeking

Be There Or Be Square! I hope that we will see y’all there! Here’s a poem that I just wrote about it:

Bonefit, Bonefit—up in Austin,
Bonefit, Bonefit—we love Kim!
Bonefit, Bonefit—we gotta go,
Bonefit, Bonefit—to see Carrasco!
Bonefit, Bonefit—at the Ruta Maya,
Bonefit, Bonefit—miss it and you’ll sigh-a!
Bonefit, Bonefit—up in Austin,
Bonefit, Bonefit—it’ll be Awesome!

P.S. I wish everyone a great Memorial Day!
P.S.S Tomorrow, I will tell you about The Medina Bulldog vs. Brian Kanof—The Texas Western!
P.S.S.S. Check out this rock that I found today—I’ve named it, “Stone Age Man!” I can't wait to show it to Kinky!

I love the rock man. Isn't it grand what nature can do. I was just talking to Sharon about the Bonefit in Austin last night and she said I should go since all I do is work and come home. Maybe I'll download a map and try to go. I'm still trying to find my way around.

Nancy, I love your rock man! He actually reminds me of Jimmy Durante. Ha! Have a great week!
